Filtering the Admin lists

Narrow Households, Occasions, Food Labels and the activity log by who has kids, more than one address, a missing ZIP, never-sent occasions and more. Every filtered view can be bookmarked.

The lists in Admin have a filter bar across the top. It is for you (the admin), not for the person who prints. The member's screens are unchanged.

How it works

  • Type in Search, pick a Sort by, or open Filters to narrow the list further, then press Apply.
  • Filters combine: each one you add narrows the list more (and, never or).
  • Each active filter shows as a small chip. Press a chip to drop just that filter. Clear all starts over.
  • The line under the bar counts what you are looking at, for example "12 of 40 households".
  • The filters are in the page address, so you can bookmark a filtered view or send the link to another admin.

Households

Admin → Households

  • Search looks at the household name and every address: nickname ("Lake house"), street, city, state and ZIP.
  • People: just one, two, or three or more.
  • Children: has children, or has none.
  • Addresses: exactly one, more than one, two, or three or more. See Households with more than one address.
  • Occasions: has any, has an upcoming one, or has none.
  • Label names: has custom ones, or only the ones Laberty made for you. Label count takes a from and to.
  • Notes: has notes, or has none.
  • Missing data: no ZIP, no city, no state, no street line, no people, or no label names. Handy for cleaning up.
  • State and City list only the places your own households are in, and match any of a household's addresses.
  • Added in the last (days): newly added households.
  • Sort by: name, newest first, most people, most addresses.

Occasions

Admin → Occasions: by purpose, by month, ever sent or never sent, and by status (upcoming, due to send now, sent for the next date, overdue because the send window was missed, or no date set).

Food Labels

Admin → Food Labels: has or is missing cooking instructions, image, nutrition facts or a shelf life; made by hand or looked up; and Needs a look, which shows products the AI proposed that are still missing an image or cooking instructions.

Activity log

On the Analytics page in the Admin menu, under Recent activity: by event type, who did it, a date range, and words in the details. Filtering searches the whole log, not just the latest few lines.
