Pricing questions
Does Free really include the bridge?
Yes, for your first printer. The bridge is how Laberty prints to anything other than a phone, so everyone gets it. Free is limited to one printer and does not include food labels, grocery, appointments or occasions.
How many prints do I get on Business?
As many as you need. Business is a flat price with no print meter; we only send a fair-use notice if a workspace passes 10,000 prints in a month, which almost no team does.
When would I choose Flex over Business?
Business is a flat monthly price for a team of up to 10 people (more people can be added for $3 each a month). Flex is for really large organisations: a yearly platform fee that covers 50 people, 25 printers and 20,000 prints a month, then a monthly bill for use above that. Stay a year and the usage rates drop.
Does Home get the Windows app?
No. Home gets the Laberty Bridge, which prints to everything on your network. The Windows app is for Business and Flex, where IT needs to see and manage every computer.
What is not built yet?
AirPrint sharing is marked "coming soon" because we are still building it, and scanning and the Windows app are in beta. Their prices are shown so you can plan, and nothing is charged for them until they work.
Can I cancel?
Any time. A paid workspace drops to Free; your data stays and the paid features pause.
Is Laberty finished?
Laberty is in beta. It works and we use it every day, and prices and features may still change before it is public.
