What to expect

We reply by email, usually within 1–2 business days.
For printing problems, tell us the printer model and paste the print bridge’s log lines.
Never send us an API key, a recovery code or a sign-in link. We will never ask for one.
The Founder license comes with no support. We can answer questions about buying it, but not about running your own copy.
Something not printing right now? The Nothing printed checklist is usually the fastest fix.
